It deals with a piece of land full of history and traditions. The natural and architectural beauties, added to the hospitality, are the points of strength that distinguish this area more and more in a tourism, which too often has foregone and dull features.
The main landscape is the Mediterranean one, anexpanse of shrubs and aromatic plants that adapt themselves to our karst land. The karstic origin of the territory permitted the creation of a multitude of wonderful caves, which adorn the Adriatic coasts with fabulous rocky laces.
The clear sea is our most important resource. The Ionic coastline is mainly made by white and extra-fine sandy beaches, alternated with rocky low sites easily reachable. While the Adriatic coastline has the feature of being high and rocky offering thus extraordinary landscapes and giving the chance to be in strict contact with the wild nature only a few steps away from the best touristic structures.
The inland is typified by secular century-old tradition cultivations as vineyards and olive-yards. The last ones are full of centuries-old olive trees and with their wood contortions make the territory more precious.
